To our niece's chagrin, we have not posted a blog in the past few days. We hope these pictures of a Mickey D's delivery man appease our favorite critic.
This video is a compilation of quiet intersections in Shanghai.
In just a few hours my parents will show up at our door. After watching this video you'll understand why we are worried about two New Yorkers, with their aggressive walking style, crossing these streets.

Dear Aunt Liz and Uncle Seth,
I love that you writed my name. And we writed your name. My other favorite part was the man wearing the backpack with that was McDonalds. That was super funny. And my other favorite part is that video. It was sacary when them all rode at the same time.
Thank you for writing to me. So goodbye. I'll see tomorrow if you write me any notes.
I love you anyway!

Elana,
You deserve a blog post just for you. You are a great critic. This weekend we are going on a trip to a canal town. We will write a new post when we get back.
Love Uncle Seth and Aunt Liz

We had a little bit of Shanghai-style bicycle-schlepping when Martin took your bikes to our house via his bike-trailer (not too dissimilar from your video). Alas, I didn't get a photo of this. Perhaps on the return trip.

I love that you said that you said PS. I am so proud that Nana and Grandpa Steve is there to visit you. Will you take a picture of the money in China? Mom and Dad say it looks different than our money. Will you make a movie of the people talking in Chinese so that it can look beautiful?
Love,
Elana
Shoshi is sitting in the desk chair screaming HIIIIII behind us. She misses you too!

Seth you rock on with the empty bamboo, it looks like one of those things that would be a harder then it looks if that makes sense and you made it look easy but I bet it was hard, make any more sense?
